Employee Associate Director

Martin Joined the DSFS Safety Management Team in 2020, initially as Portering Manager, moving to be our Fire Safety Co-ordinator in December 2021.  A trained Civil Engineer, Martin spent almost 30 years in the private sector, a large proportion of which was in senior management roles within the construction products manufacturing industry.

Having been appointed as an Employee Associate Director in June 2022 his aim is to improve the environment for both staff and patients by providing a perspective that balances the needs of staff with the needs of the company.
