Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development

Holly has a wealth of Human Resources experience with 24 years in the profession and is Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified.  Her experience in HR spans many industries in the private sector such as IT Consultancy, Pharmaceuticals, and Engineering.  In January 2014 Holly joined the NHS as HR Partner, this saw her role grow successfully providing an excellent HR service for many areas of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Through the establishment of DSFS, Holly’s career has developed seeing her now a Board member and Head of HR and OD.  Holly is keen to create a fully inclusive culture and service excellence through our people with the aim for DSFS to be an employer of choice.
