DSFS ICT & Digital Service Achieves 95% Positive Customer Feedback for March 2023

The latest CSat survey for our ICT & Digital Service continues the trend of previous months, achieving a positive feedback score of 95%. There’s also been some fantastic comments shared, a few examples of which follow:

With regard to Dragon job number deletions, these are dealt with so efficiently and effectively that it just enriches my job in this regard and I am very grateful to Sheila today for her support.
