“Hi, I’m Lynn Backhouse

“I’ve been a PSA Supervisor here for the last 11 years and before that I worked as a domestic.  I work in the evenings overseeing the teams of domestics who clean the out-patient departments and theatres as well as organising all the decant cleans.  I ensure the domestics have the stock the need and I check they are doing the right job.  

“I’m there to support the staff with any concerns or worries they have. I enjoy the challenge the day brings, and I like working with and supporting the staff. I also enjoy working in a team with the other supervisors.
