Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS) is pleased to announce two key appointments to its senior leadership team, marking an exciting new chapter for the organisation.

Natalie Younes – Interim Managing Director

Natalie Younes joins DSFS as our new Interim Managing Director. Natalie brings over two decades of executive leadership experience across primary care, secondary care, mental health services, and integrated system working.

Originally trained in law, Natalie has built a strong academic foundation with postgraduate qualifications including an MBA, a Master of Laws, and master’s degrees in both Management and Marketing. Her career has been defined by leading complex programmes, major collaborations, and transformational service redesigns that have delivered lasting improvements in organisational resilience and community outcomes.

Natalie is looking forward to working alongside DSFS colleagues, Trust partners, and wider stakeholders to build on the organisation’s achievements and help shape its future direction.

Steve Hustler – Director of Operations (Estates & Facilities)

DSFS also welcomes Steve Hustler as Director of Operations for Estates and Facilities, bringing with him extensive experience in leading estates and facilities operations across a range of sectors. His previous roles include senior positions at Center Parcs, the John Lewis Partnership, and Sheffield Hallam University.

Steve is passionate about sustainability, operational excellence, and fostering environments where teams can thrive. He shared that he is excited to take on a role with real purpose and is committed to delivering Service Excellence as part of the DSFS team.
