Employee Associate Director

Spencer is a part-qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant, on track to be fully qualified CGMA in 2023.

He has been with DSFS since its inception, excelling in various roles within the Finance department.  Spencer graduated from Nottingham Business School with a first-class bachelor’s degree in BA (hons) Business Management & Accounting and Finance, where he completed an undergraduate finance placement at Chesterfield Royal Hospital in 2018.  Following his placement, Spencer has worked in various roles within our finance department, including management accounting roles for central DSFS, Royal Primary care, and now is the Management Accountant for the Medicine and Emergency Care Division.  Spencer is the finance department’s Future Focussed Finance Inclusion & Diversity ambassador and is very committed to best practice in I&D within finance and the wider organisation.

Keen to provide the board with an employee’s perspective on organisational development and wider change programs within the company, Spencer is excited to be serving as an Employee Associate Director.
