Louise is a compassionate, CIPFA-qualified Finance Leader with a consistent track record of successfully implementing change, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to inclusivity, integrity, diversity, and equality to ultimately deliver excellent and sustainable health and social care provision.

Having worked in NHS finance since 1999 across commissioning and provider organisations, most recently for NHS England, Louise has a wealth of healthcare finance experience, most recently being instrumental in successfully negotiating capital funding re-profiles with the Department of Health on behalf of South Yorkshire ICB, supporting the delivery of an innovative Primary Care Capital Investment programme.

Louise is passionate about supporting DSFS to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that support high quality patient care provision and that maximise our employee’s potential.   Louise leads the Finance team incorporating Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Services, Systems and Payroll.

Louise is also a qualified Tap dance teacher, a member of a parent Street dance crew and mum to two girls.  Her husband and family are her rocks and greatest supporters.
