Assistant Director of Facilities

Kim has worked in Facilities for over 17 years, starting her career at the Trust with the opening of the Café @ the Royal and Costa Coffee in 2008.  She was active in growing the Trust retail offering before moving into patient catering and then domestics, linen, post and admin.

Kim has many accolades including winner of the Emerging Leadership programme 2010 and winner of the NHS Emerging Leader 2015. More recently in 2022, Kim was selected as a member of the National Hospital Food Review Expert panel,  primarily to serve change across the NHS hospital catering.

Kim has been responsible for multiple transformational changes across Facilities in both the NHS and DSFS.  Kim drives with dedication and hard work, understanding that effective delivery requires collaboration, patience, and focus.  Kim is a strong leader with the utmost integrity who is greatly respected by her facilities team and peers alike.

Kim enjoys playing netball and travelling with her family.
