Steve is a professional strategic operations, assets and facilities Director who has gained experience and success managing significant estates including the UK and Ireland Center Parcs portfolio and John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose assets.

These roles required the delivery of high standards of asset management, risk management, service support and planned and responsive maintenance which were only possible with Steve’s clear vision and ability to encourage collaborative teamwork.

Steve has also worked for British Land and Sheffield Hallam University, delivering high value construction projects alongside operational excellence.

In the past ten years Steve has created and delivered sustainability initiatives that have reduced carbon emissions by 50% as well as create a more sustainable operation within Center Parcs.

Steve has also been Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sheffcare, a community-based group of care homes in Sheffield offering residential and dementia care.

Steve joined DSFS in October 2025 and sees this role as having a true purpose. He is committed to delivering outstanding services and facilities management as part of the DSFS team.
