Natalie Younes

Natalie brings over 20 years’ experience in executive leadership spanning primary care, secondary care, mental health, and integrated system working. She originally trained in law and has since pursued advanced postgraduate qualifications including an MBA, a Master of Laws, and master’s degrees in Management and Marketing, reflecting a sustained commitment to broadening perspective.

Across her career, Natalie has led complex programmes and major collaborations, overseeing substantial estates initiatives, transformative service redesign, innovative commissioning models, and commercially-focused developments. Her work has consistently strengthened organisational resilience, improved integration and delivered lasting benefits for the people and communities served.

Recognised for her collaborative style and ability to guide organisations through challenging change, Natalie works closely with partners to co-design and implement solutions that reduce inequalities and enhance system performance. Natalie joined DSFS in October 2025 as Interim Managing Director and is looking forward to working with colleagues and partners to build on the organisation’s achievements and shape its next chapter.
