Assistant Director of Corporate Services and Strategy

Having worked in the NHS for over 20 years Anna is a creative and innovative strategic thinker with proven success in Service Transformation in Acute Trust and Primary Care Environments.  A confident facilitator with both a sound theoretical knowledge and practical experience of different aspects of Service Improvement, Project Management, Organisational Behaviour and Change Management skills.  An influencer and motivator with strong leadership and organisation skills, and a collaborative approach to service redesign and development.  Anna played a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and onboarding of Royal Primary Care as one of the country’s first Acute Trust operated GP Practice Groups.

Having Project Managed the DSFS Programme, Anna transferred over to the Board of DSFS with a passion and drive to support colleagues through the transition and develop a positive culture within DSFS where people feel valued for their contribution and accepted as an individual.  Anna manages the Commercial and Residences Team and provides the Governance Framework and Assurance for Board on these matters.

In her spare time Anna is training to be a Psychotherapist and enjoys walking her family dog.
